Our Anomaly Knowledge Base (KB) is hosted on the HelpJuice platform and is invite-only for Anomaly CPA clients.
Access is tied directly to the email address we have on file for you.
🔒 Invite-Only Access
The Knowledge Base is not publicly accessible
Only active Anomaly CPA clients are granted access
Invitations are issued automatically as part of client onboarding
New Clients
If you are a new client, you should receive a HelpJuice invitation email during your onboarding process.
Existing Clients
If you were already a client prior to the Knowledge Base launch, you have already been invited using the email address Anomaly CPA has on file for you.
🔑 Ways to Sign In
You can access the Knowledge Base using Single Sign-On (SSO) or by setting a password.
Option 1: Single Sign-On (Recommended)
You can sign in using the same email address we have on file with you through:
Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
Steps:
Go to the Anomaly Knowledge Base login page
Choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft
Use the email address associated with your Anomaly CPA account
⚠️ Important: SSO will only work if you use the exact email address Anomaly CPA has on record.
Option 2: Password Login (Reset or Create Password)
If you prefer not to use SSO, or if you were invited previously but never set a password:
Steps:
Go to the Knowledge Base login page
Click Forgot Password
Enter the email address Anomaly CPA has on file for you
Follow the email instructions to create or reset your password
Log in using your email and new password
🚫 Common Access Issues
You may run into issues if:
You are using a different email address than what Anomaly CPA has on file
The invitation email went to spam or junk
You are attempting to access the KB without an invitation
